Our vending teams are trained by the Duty Free Academy, certified ISO 9001, to establish a common and shared standard in all our networks. From London to Singapore, as well as Warsaw, there is a unique reception and Aelia service quality. And because excellence can always be outdone, new training programs are created every year to reinforce the “vending” skills of our boutiques staffs.

Since 2006, the quality standard OSCAR (Open, Smile, Considerate, Accompany, Return thanks) is developed in all the boutiques. Every year, a challenge is organized, with specific objectives and the performances are measured thanks to mystery customers’ visits.
